        2.1 individual rights and responsibilities in different situations;

                - commercial, family, work
                - offender, victim, witness, defendant/plaintiff
        2.2 Protection provided by the law



3.0 Resolving Disputes
        3.1 Methods of resolving disputes

               - police
               - courts
               - community conferencing 
               - mediation and conciliation
               - tribunals

4.0 Current Issues
